FPSC Classic Models and Media / Help with making a water bomb

Right, so far I have edited the Millsno36 in photoshop with the nvidia .dds plugin to make it look like a water bomb. I also copied the 9wadingD from FPSC X10 to use as the sound effect of it exploding. However it still uses the same sound as before, also the HUD is now showing the black rather than being invisible from where I edited. And I can't see where it says what effect it is using as I want to turn it into water splashing rather than an explosion.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you delete the HUD.bin file?

i haven't deleted any files, just edited them

You need to run the dbo and bin cleaner in the FPS Creator folder, which i believe you have done from what i said over IM.

are you sure you edited the correct file there are often many in different places.

yep i definitely did the correct files as i checked in the .fps file to see what ones it was using
