Hey guys. I have another question.

I am trying to get an object to fly back when activated...However, the force commands do not seem to work. Here's my simple script...

In case it matters, I'm using PB.

Other stuff I want to clear up:

I have physics enabled, I am sure that the entity is being activated correctly, and I have tried it at many levels of force.

Is the forceback command nonfunctional?

Sorry about not being terribly helpful on this through email, so decided to look REALLLLLLL quick in the source.

Here it is:
- ForceBack has not been coded
- ForceFore has not been coded
- ForceLeft has not been coded
- ForceRight has not been coded
- ForceBounce has been coded

So, as you can see, out of all the force commands, only one has been actually coded into the source. Perhaps you could try using that one?

Yeah, that doesn't work either.

I tried it on a box with a weight of 1 and a friction of 1 with a magnitude of 100000...Nothing.

Well, at least we have a new suggestion for V1.17. Functional force commands.

I believe the force commands were only supposed to work on character entities. And as far as I can tell, the "bounce" command only really works when the object is already moving. It does not apply force to an object, it "bounces" it to the opposite direction of where it's moving.
