I'm not really sure if this belongs here, but I hope so.

I got that error, and it wont allow me to compile and run a project. So, naturally, I downloaded the dll, and installed it to the system 32 folder (I am using windows 7). I went back into dbp, and opened the project back up. But when I went to compile and run it, that same error popped up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try with fresh install of directx, this is one of it`s libraries.Then post here if it helped or not.

Where there is a will, there is a way.
