Ive found lists of the commands for fpi files,but is there a list for the commands for fpe and fps files?

You'll just need to use other FPE/FPS files as templates and go from what you see in the ones already created. They aren't scripts and so, the style of the files will naturally be similar in many aspects.

As Ply said, there isn't commands as such for .fpe files. You could just make a .fpe file in entity maker to see what everything does.
