3 Dimensional Chat / change around a texture

the texture needs to be rotated 90 degrees. using combinations of scale object texture do not work.
is there another way to manipulate the texture on an object? i could just rotate the camera 270 degrees and it will look right side up, but working with 3d space would be easier without a rotated camera

...take it easy friend. this can happened to most experienced programer as well...sometimes you are so much inside the problem that you cant see most easiest solution lying just in front of you

sometimes, its a good idea to just walk away for a day or two. From what I've heard a long time ago, your mind will continue to think about the problem, whether you're aware of it or not.

It finds things to think about when you are not stressed I think
and then we see its results when we are reminded of it in some way I guess

But I think the main reason it's good to go away for a bit is because if you try to solve a problem for a few hours, you will be looking at the same factors. You may be in a different mindset in a few days, and have a different perspective, and see what you didn't see before
