I noticed that Dark GDK is included with Dark Studio, my question is, if I were to by it, would that include the commercial license for GDK? if not then its not really worth me buying the kit

Anyone have any official answer? I would really like to know that ASAP, as I will buy it immediately if it does have a commercial license that is included
