I suppose that this is where I'm supposed to put some witty one liner. Well...sorry to disappoint.

I think he means what file he is ment to upload, not how to upload one.

I'm not too sure myself, never tried to upload a segment before, but I geuss you would just upload the .fps (segment script), .bmp (icon) and the .dds (texture) in a zip file, with instructions.

oh my mistake

it might be different for you but here's how I do it

files\segments\Firma\Rooms
and
files\texturebank\Firma\Room Textures

I suppose that this is where I'm supposed to put some witty one liner. Well...sorry to disappoint.

just the .fps files.
And .x files if they exist.
any .dbo and .bin files you come across, you can delete, they just signify that you have placed them

Your signature has been erased by a mod - Please reduce it to 600x120 maximum size

Well.. Depends, i use paint.net and gimp. All depends on the user.

The recent packs i released are all made pure out of scratch with paint.net. So yes paint.net is pretty good, at least forme. Gimp i use to texture more organic objects. Like characters. And so on. Anyway , just choose one u like. U can always go pro photoshop.
