Dark GDK / I can not install Dark GDK

hi all,the fact is that I can not install the Dark GDK puts me to install it but after opening the Visual studio c++ 2008. Y voy a project,new no me aparece el GDK entonces pido ayuda por favor .Saludos Mariano(QuakeMan)

If your Windows is not English, the wizards will not be automatically installed.

There is guidance on how to install them manually, for example in this page, look at the posts by MegaMuse and Carl CLD, they both describe the steps to install wizards:
