Hello,
I'll give you this entity to use as a pickup
for the Opposing Force's SPAS 12.

It's a modified (heavily) default Half-Life model,
but if I correctly understood Nickydude, I'm allowed to post it.
So, here's the model, for the scale I used the EAI 870PI
as a reference, so the scale is almost the same.

About the copyright:
It's a modification of a model from
GEARBOX I've found on a skins website, so I think
it for non-commercial use only, but, I'm not sure.

Here's the .ZIP (see attached)
The screenshot is in the next post.

Please apologize my bad english, I'm French.

I'm pretty sure you read that wrong. If it's ripped from a game it isn't allowed.

I'm not sure. It's a pretty shifty area. Ask one of the mods first.

The best thing would be making your own pickup. Then you are 100% sure you may use it.

So; again, is this...or is this not a model taken from Half Life? The texture is irrelevant, as I can see the UV Mapping appears to have changed.

We are in a deadend, it's very complicated.

Here's the "biography" of the model:
1: The model are created by GEARBOX, for Half Life 1
2: Someone have improved it with adding 300 polys (at least)
and remaking the UV Map.
3: I've redistributed for FPSC.

So the question is:
My act are legal or not ?

Please apologize my bad english, I'm French.

It is that much modified and the basic files are from a very old game AND its for noncommercial only so calm down and enjoy it!

Here's my issue with the whole thing.

It was basically taken from the game (old or not makes no difference); modified somewhat (I don't see many changes, other than the re-mapping of the UVs and texture), and posted for download. I've seen the art from the FPSBanana crowd; they're great artists. But this doesn't belong here. I've removed the download.

If anyone would like to discuss it with me, feel free to do so.
