Dark GDK / problem with dbCircle

i have a programing class that uses the darkgdk. we are currently making a tic tac toe program. i made dbCircle do the circles in the class and all went fine. but on my computer at home they seem to not appear. ive gone into debugging and the line is being ran and the sync is running. what might do this?

i already have a manual sync and im also running 64 bit windows 7. i dont have any problems other than this. the circle does not appear for a split second though.
