I've finally finished planning out the first level of my game, after 6 months >///> and I decided to reformat the doors and the textures of some of this stuff. It was all going just fine until I tried to find the HUD for doors.

So I looked into the script, and I saw "hudimagefine=gamecore\text\pressentertouse.tga" so I presumed that was a file address...but I still can't find it.

And yes the scripting problem is in here too >>

I need help with a few things:

1. I need to know where the HUDs for the Doors are kept so I can make new ones and rewrite the scripts properly
2. I need to know where I can find some really good scripting tutorials so I can edit this all to my liking without having to post on the board every millisecond :x
3. I need to know if it's possible to create a script where when a player uses an item or enters a zone a texture file appears on the screen like the To Do List and the Map in Phobia (http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=166807&b=35 just watch the youtube video, it has it.)

Huds for the doors are located in the following folder:

<Path to FPS Creator>Files\languagebank\english\gamecore\text\

Also, in the Official Community Guide To FPSC, there are a bunch of totorials by Plystire. I gotta say, those are the only tutorials you will need.

At least it was that way for me. The only problem I have now is memorizing commands.
