Dark GDK / Cloggy's D3D -- how to install, link and use ?..

I have downloaded D3DFunk.h & D3DFunk.lib for DarkGDK from http://www.dbdepot.co.uk,
then I added "libcp.lib" into "Project properties->Linker->Input->Ignore Specific Library".
But I need help -- how to install, link and use:
1)particularly, how to create new specific font(size/bold) and write something with it;
2)what means "iHAlign"&"iVAlign" in d3dBoxText (iAlign in d3dText);
3)what means "iMeasurement" in d3dFont;
4)and how to use antialias in text? By using DrawAATextColourMulti & DrawAATextColourWide?
P.S. I have DarkGDK7.3 and VS2008Express.
