Is it possible to have a bullet go through a window, breaking it, and kill an enemy behind it?

Hm, I think you could use the bulletpass=1 command in Project Blue to allow bullets to pass through it and kill the enemy beneath, and then script the window to automatically break.

Grrr... All the features I want are only possible through Project Blue. I plan on getting Project Blue one day, but I have no way of paying online.

You don't need Project Blue, in Fenix mod I think there's a bullet coll command, which ignores bullet collisions for that entity.
