Hello i Choose to vote Short term/Near Future (10 years or so) BUT if i COULD Vote id say make other game stuff xD like The Suffering (ps2) shoot that'd be awesome or maybe so flying models idk =/ [my first time posting on this site]

Well, I suggested the theme of Near Future so I think it would look like Crysis, and like the first of laser weapons, updated UAVs, and maybe even the first power suits. IMO.

Not quite Half-life. Maybe not the plasma rifles and aliens and such.

I was thinking more electronic weaponry, like gauss rifles, railguns, etc.

And power suits! If you could make a nanosuit-esque legs that I can use in PB then I would love you. I have been working on a Crysis-type suit script.

Yeah. In my mind plasma weaponry will only be a novelty. Anything you can use to make a plasma rifle can usually be reused to make bullets shoot faster.

e.g. Electromagnetic barrels. Necessary to shoot plasma without it melting the barrel, but can be used for a coilgun/railgun. Which would be more efficient.

ya laser weapons sound about right but any vehicles? ya i like the idea of the half life 2 and crysis but what about Armour like in gears of war? and some of there weapons? or maybe like bioshocks droid turrets? head crabs FTW

Crysis was 2015 I thought...at least that was when Rosenthal's excavation team went missing in it (it's not a spoiler, that's part of the story lol). Oh well, Near Future sounds awesome .

Alright, update on how the pack is going. It's actually going quite slower than I expected (because I didn't expect a tidal wave of business to flood the past 3 weeks) and I won't be at home for about 3 weeks in another 2 weeks or so. But, I have the general idea down and have gotten a few entities done... So please be patient, I'm sorry it's taking so long.
