I know this may sound silly, but you have to model and make the animations for it. As far as Lewis' card actitvations, you would need to write a script that uses the "plrusing=yourweaponhere" type code. Lewis used PB mod for his game, so you will need to have that or I think you can do the same effect with Fenix mod.
