Well I just started messing around with the Scope HUD and It looks decent but how do you make the white area transparent? Anyways look at the picture.

This looks nice, however the inside of the scope is a little bright. I suggest darkening the overall image, then going around with a largly sized brush at 30% opacacy around the edges and makeing them darker.

I hate this box, but hey it's there.....

Ok will give it a shot.

Black does not turn it transparent in FPSC. I have a pure black sky box and no bugs what so ever. There is some entities that are black and they do not go transparent. If you just leave the auto transparent there it is black in the editor but transparent in the game.

Well, if models have pure black spots, the pieces will turn transparent. I don't think it applies to skyboxes.... don't know thou...

Ok well maybe 1.16 gave the option to have black sky box will try the black thing. Or I will just add an alpha channel to the spot.
