hi, i have been working on this since like...february, this was also known as POTHO (ill mark it later, for people who dont read)

(Story)
You are Jonathan Gerkov,an employee of the Gar market, you live in Russia, since the \"Fat\" exploded in Moscow, you live in a loading bay, underneath the ground,all the countries in the world are invaded by uVe Soldiers,part of the new world\'s politic,along with the arrival of the \"fat\" many people started to have a sort of \"Flew\", as there were no doctors left or in-service, the people infected died in some hours...Your family had this flew, thank god that your neighbor was a doctor, he started to examing the virus and uncovered, that the FAT was the maker of this virus,it was one of the many second damages, along with death, and then finally mutations on cells,people started to die arround you, and after some hours, they woke with death eyes, the doctor, his family,you and your friends went to the loading bay, you wanted to go with your family, but the doctor said it was \"too\" dangerous, you tried to explain that maybe his family was different, but in the inside you know its not true, soon they i\'ll die and wake up as the new world orders habitants...

A lot of the stuff is from model pack 41, Cosmic's Nuke city and I believe the industrial pack as well.

This project is looking incredible so far Coltfang, your skills continue to drastically improve as you showcase more of your work around here - that's always been something very rewarding to watch too, members of the forum expanding over time

The mood of each screenshot is very somber and derelict; it's a perfect refinement of apocalypse, horror and suspense, as well as intriguing environment layout and creativity. I would love to see where this goes! It would be neat if you could perhaps get Cosmic Prophet on board to recreate those Supply and Hotel signs in Russian writing, just to add to the depth of the gameplay and scenery. Or if you were interested in trying your had at some modelling even! Otherwise I don't know what else to suggest man.

Some interior shots would be great to see, knowing your track record of indoor, grunge environments I'm sure they'll follow the vigor of this project thus far.

Keep it up, you're steadily becoming a rather valued member in level design around here, at least in my opinion.

Yes soon, the game will count on 3 big levels (I dont want to mess iwth the builder..)
but.. via-scripts, ill make them to look like 4-5 levels

I dont want to say features, but i can surely say..that....I NEED A NEW NAME xdxd
Something that goes with the number 1 and 2, because i love this idea so much i want to make a sequel, someday, 4-10 years later
Btw, the level 1 walktrough, is all about going and getting to the "Farmacy", Where you get Both 1911 and Medicine, Youill see a big twist in the story, or more...something like one of the most original ways of telling the Story in FPSC games,Telling it from the view of other players...

In the second screenshot of your new post... that poor fellow's head would roll off the hood of the car the way it's positioned. Either reposition, or put it on the ground.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for in a name, but some ideas that came to mind were:

For the series name...

-Somber Wars
-Attrition
-темный (dark) Carnage
-The Primeval Gathering
-The Reaper's Gathering

For the first chapter name...

-Russian Carnage
-Primordial Holocaust
-Hades Dispersed
-Perdition Dispersed
-Cataclysm
-Global Poison
-Russian Sickness
-Russian Poison

Just a bunch of random thoughts, if any single word in all of that helps spark your imagination for the perfect name you've been searching for, then I'm happy. I can always try and throw more ideas out as well. Keep up the great work.

This looks like your best project yet, I like the style of this, kinda reminds me of my outdoor levels just slightly more industrial. OR maybe thats just FPSC. Looks pretty sweet though, I may have to 'borrow' some of your ideas

The new screens are fantastic, your detail is still increasing and your skill still improving. This is actually giving me a little inspiration to perhaps get back in FPSC this weekend.

Looks really nice. I think you should rotate one of the see-saws so that it faces the other way (And perhaps add to its texture). They look too identical at the moment.

Ummm try using FPSC Cleaner??? That might work... Or make a very little map and put that entity on there and then test it. If it still fails that entity is corrupt or something. Then test the map with out the entity.

Some of my experiences with crashes.

1. 90% of game build crashes have the same reason as test game chrashes. So if you can run a test game not all is lost.

2. Some mean crashes come from heavy use of foilage done with plant life (the ones that look black&square in game). Setting all those from static to dynamic helps.

3. setting all light and texture specs down and turn shaders of helps to check if its a general problem or the entities.

I hope you'll find a solution, otherwise the "FPSC engine curse" has foudn another victim.

To add to the above posts. How many levels are you trying to build?
As mentioned, if it will test, it should build. However u may be reaching the 2gb memory limit. I'll wait to read your reply.

You should make retexture for those m3 platforms more grungier. I alredy made green and gray sets for me.

I got the Build Fixed!!

You will wait something for the Demo tough.. its too big...


Anyway... in the game you wont witness Rain, since Fenix Mod was the build bug in the first place...also there are some strange bugs with Lights from Kraven

Thanks RW, Now the "Tech"Demo has 2 Bugs

-Kravenwolf's TL tubes, They show Pitch black...That is a terrifying bug...i have no way to fix...

-Rain, Sorry for not adding "Rain" i have tought...Fenix Mod V1.1 crashed for me...even Copying it into the Built game didnt worked


And a fixed bug

-Skybox, It showed as "the SNS, Natural" skybox, i fixed this by copying and renaming the Wtr skybox files...

Thats exactly why I always do my screenshots in a built game not in a test game.

It can really get on ones nerves to have people looking forward to a game that really looks great only to realize, that it can't be built that way. I had my share of this, I am cured.

I hope everything turns out for you and you don't give up. After all the screens do look promising.
