well, the animation of this prop was made in milkshape. when i try to load it in to toolbox as a entity it crash tool box. here it what is said:

Eh, don't know what the error is. But the exported X file has no animation... Might want to look at that first.

try exporting with this settings and reloading it.
if it doesn't work try loading another .x file to see if the same thing happens too. and we will go from there
