it says c++ isnt detected on my system, is 2008 the only one that can be used?

and how am i supposed to get c++ express 2008?.. m$ forces me to download 2010, which by the way, is better then the 2008

its the same place as VS 2010 express , if this link dosent work for you, click the Download Tab on the top menu and you will find it there.
