They probably won't reply again if it has already been fixed.

This is probably the problem.
The order history will only appear under the email address that was used for the purchase, unless Rick manually changes it for you.
So, if you placed your order with the new email, but you log on to TGC with the old one, then it is not going to appear.
Just start another account at TGC
using the same email that you placed your order with (old or new) and then check that account's order history.
It may already be there waiting for you all this time.
OR, a mistake may have been made when he manually set it up.
I'm sure Rick will get you sorted out once he catches up from the pile of work left from his holiday.
