Here's my idea, the geiger counter model (seen in the link) could detect "radiation". The radiation could be modified hurt zones and when the player equips geiger counter, a script would play a geiger counter beeping sound as the player approaches the hurt zone. one could create a maze of radiation zones and force the player to use the radiation to maneuver through them. The problem is, a script would need to be written for the zone plus the counter and the model rigged as a weapon/item. since I can't do that I figure that I'll just release the radiation geiger counter model and hope someone with great skill likes my idea and creates the geiger counter.

if anyone wants to use the geiger counter or wants take up my idea I will post a link to the geiger counter model.

great idea i wish i could script

u could make variable that changes as your distance between radiation changes, which could change the speed of the audio playback!

(now only if i could script! )

If I were doing this, I'd set up different layers of trigger zones to play increasingly faster clicks.

You could have the triggerzone play layers of clicks based on distance. One click sound at long, two at short, and say five at close. It'd sound like one thing doing lots of clicks...

and have it deduct health once you have been in there a certain amount of time

I suppose that this is where I'm supposed to put some witty one liner. Well...sorry to disappoint.
