Hmmmm I dont think UDK uses .x I'm not positive cause I just started the other day with it. But make sure you make a mertial assigned and put everything under the right drictorys i suggest looking up a tutorial on how to import models into UDK

I do not think so to but i have friend can make a model udk ready i just need this imported to blender but when i triead nothing happened no model came up.

If your trying to get into blender do not go to open and select the .x file go down to import drict X (.x) choose the model then it will appear in blender

If your talking about importing it into UDK after blender then it has to be a certain file format that only 3DS Max can compile. I forgot the name of the type of file though

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

My friend makes it udk ready out of 3d max just send him the model and texture. I export the to .obj but if i can not import it from .x form the i can not any ideas

You need an .asce exporter for blender to get models into UDK.
