Story

After escaping vault 101 and searching areas in the wasteland for you father. The locals at megaton said they saw a familiar face at rivet city. Since you have never been there before it must be your father.You decide to go to Rivet city but you have two options. 1st to travel through the wasteland and deal with the Raiders and monsters or to travel through the sewers and Metro station and deal with the violent and nasty ghouls and other creatures.

It is nice to see someone made an exact same game as fallout 3 and is also the same game as i started a long time ago and i am still developing it...I dont want to be bad but come on....I would like you to leave it...

Well, Look, Nikas, you had Done many projects, like Red Planet, well, look dude, he is doing it, you both stole it from Fallout, then, i would like you both to leave it, huh? that's not going to happen, ok?, just drop it, if he wants to make it, he has the freewill to do it, the same as you are.

To make a point, about the red planet Thing i said,
it was a problem with you and Storyteller, you had the same name, BUT, you said you were doing the same and he had the same media, (wich was stock )
Now, this has been happening to you, now 2 times, there will be people that makes games like your's, but i think you shouldnt go THAT offtopic

NOW GOING ON-TOPIC

The screens look nice, i'd add more custom segments
they really look like Moncho's and Bond's

Yes man i know i have done 3 more projects after ROW you know it is famous...Ok i will not argue...But something tells me that this will start a war....Or maybe i should say this would Rise A War..

Hey i dont want to go of topic ok it is good but kinda hurts my feelings i was the one to start the 3rd person games in fpsc era with Rise Of War...

i definitely will NOT be dropping this project i have been thinking about this for about a year now. finally learning how to make terrain i can make the game.

actually it is those are ripped from stalker even the hands are from it,I am a massive fan of the game and can tell straight away, plus he said they are from stalker anyway

on another note the game looks very nice.

Heroefol,you should be the one that does more inspection.
He downloaded a Stalker model pack full of weapons ripped from Stalker from a Russian FPSC forum.I know this because I've seen a thread a while back where the creator did the same thing.
Bman,I'm sorry but you can not use this weapons,because you are violating copyright rules.

Cooopyriiiights.. I recommend to use some of EAI:s ak weapons. It's almost the same thing. Stalker weapons are even ugly.

The game looks real cool. I like the third person, it looks real cool, altho if we could have 3 dimentional aiming in 3rd person (like the character could point up and down) it would be alot cooler. But it's cool non the less. I don't mind if it's in 3rd of 1st person, but eather way is cool. It would be cool if we could have the ability to choose in the game menu or something, if we want to play in 3rd or 1st person, but... what are you gonna do. The terrain looks very cool, and the areas look very apocalyptic! And we all know apocalypse is cool... almost as good as Arockalypse.

It's true, I am no fan of FPSC remakes of AAA titles from this millenium, because it can only be a disappointment for everybody who played the original game.

But if you manage to put up a demo, I will give a review based only on the quality as an FPSC game (as I did with that Elder Scrolls *tribute*)

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

Looks nice, altho one thing: The Metri Theater segments look weird stacked like that. You should use the mid and top segments for the building Other than that, looks cool.

the reason why the metro theater is small is because i put the segments inside of the War Torn building.

I like the latest screenshots but am not a huge fan of the outdoor screens. I'm guessing your using bloom or something - tone that done, that coupled with the sky hurts my eyes. Not only that, but it completely draws my attention away from any of your level design. I'd think about trying to employ some other colours on your terrain because right now the grey is fairly uninteresting and with that bloom, I can't make anything out.

Again, indoor is pretty nice, although I do not some sloppyness in a few of them - mainly the holes in the roof - far too square at the moment.

thanks for the constructive comment. That out door screens i took with efx mod now im using fpsc v1.17 and the bloom is much less and i tried to odd variety to the texture but then the texture comes out in squares.

Ok so i have built the game and tested it and i have to say i was probably the worst gaming experience i have had!

-Laggy (and my computer is really good)
-Way too much bloom (but bloom was fine in the test game)

I am remaking the level with

-New terrain
-Bridge(Gorlocks Suggestions)
-Way Less Entities

so I'll see how that goes.

I reccomend to remove entities from the level. It looks like on the screens that there is a lot of it, and it creates a lag to the game build. Try to be creative. Dont remove it all, just that much it looks cool and simple.. I think that the efx mod may create the lag too. Is it really necessary to have the bloom?
