with a modeling package if that's what you mean. it's used for making 3 dimensional models like characters and guns.

Specs: AMD Athlon 1800, 256 DDRRam 266mhz, 80GB HD 7200rmp U133, Geforce 4 Ti4400 128mb ddr sdram

whats 1 that i can download thats compatible with DBV1?
and whats the comand to load them?
also how do u load a texture frum texture maker and paste it on and object that i made?

try milkshape (milkshape3d.com). make your model, and go to file->export->directX(jt). use "load object" to load your model. also, scroll down a ways on this page: http://www.machinima.com/articleselected.php?value=category&id=2 to find some tutorials that will get you started making stuff (and also how to texture objects).
