...sorry it took so long.
Crysis, I scaled the tower to be a good fit for
FPSC's segments and enemy characters.
To keep everything simple, I added the ladder mesh into the tower. I remapped
everything, and used your originally supplied texture as the source.

Installation:
Simply drop the included folders into your FPSC directory.
Contents:
Entities -
1. Guard Tower - Rescaled version without an attached ladder. Matched up with the stock WW2 Wooden Stairs, it performs flawlessly.
2. Guard Tower & Ladder - Rescaled version with attached near vertical ladder. I mimicked Xplosys' invisible ramp method, which allows the illusion of the player climbing the ladder. The illusion is good, but is not perfect.
3. Guard Tower & Ladder Fix - Because of the imperfection of the illusion, I've included an alternate Guard Tower & Ladder version. Choose which version performs best for your tastes.
Segment -
1. Guard Tower Floor - This is a remapped and retextured version of the stock floor segment. Placed in the tower, it allows full enemy movement function, and proper material recognition (footsteps, bullet impact, etc.).
About:
The guard tower is one segment wide by two segents tall, and has been zeroed on the X & Z axis, which allows near perfect registration when the B KEY method is used in the FPSC map editor.
Placement of segment floor tiles and enemy characters is extremely accurate and fast.
Usage:
1. Starting on segment level 1, use the B KEY method to place the guard tower in the desired location.
2. Use the [+] PLUS KEY to raise the editor to segment level 2.
3. Use the B KEY method to place a single guard tower floor segment tile, in registration with the guard tower.
4. Remaining at segment level 2, use the B KEY method to place an enemy onto the guard tower floor segment tile, in registration with the guard tower. Toggling the TAB KEY will allow you see through the roof of the tower, and position the enemy to taste.
5. Positioning the WW2 Wooden Stairs is simple. Treat the guard tower floor as any other segment, and you'll be able to match the two easily.
Known Bugs:
1. The area between the tower's legs, and under the floor is a trap, that the player will have difficulty escaping from. Entering is not difficult, but collision issues will either strand the player, or force him/her through the ground and into the abyss below the map.
2. Climbing the ladder is not always easy. The player needs to be centered on the ladder, and move forward while mouselooking upward slightly.
3. The ladder cannot be climbed down. Any attempt to descend the ladder will be treated as any other fall, and the player will receive damage in most instances.
I spent the afternoon testing this out in
FPSC, and really had a blast with it.
I'm hopeful that others will find it useful, as well.
Many thanks again, Crysis.
