Would it possible, to say turn the Stock vent and rotate it in the segement file to face the floor so that it cuts the floor? and has the vent?

yes

However you would need the to edit the fpe file as the vent has entity part so you would need to edit both the FPS and FPE file.

Please note that floors in general are CSG immune.Other than that it will not look very good as the vent is much thicker than the floor.

Just been chatting to my neighbours teenage daughter and it turns out she's big into UFOs and aliens.

Which is cool because tomorrow she's getting abducted.
