Hey guys I've made a little programme to read in strings of data from a file I made. However when I double click on the files the programme can make I wan't it to be able to set the name of the file. So what I wan't is some kinda way to work out what file it is opening so it can set the file name ie read string 1,file name.....do you get what im going at. I need to work out the file name when the programme starts so it knows what to display.

You mean clicking on the file from outside of DB? If this is the case, use the CL$ function to read the filename.
