hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to read in data for arrays from a spreadsheet i.e microsoft excel?? I have DarkBasic, not dark basic pro. Many thanks,

Its possible! you would have to knwo what format M$ Excel uses
then use for and next to read what you want to read and store it in to an array.

The best approach is probably to convert your spreadsheet to a CSV file, the format is much easier to handle.

...or even XML, even easier from a parsing perspective.
