Hands for stock guns, you either add them yourself by rigging your own, or someone else's hands (with their permission of course) to the guns. There are many tutorials on the matter. Or you do it the best way and purchase EAI model packs 9 and 10 and get the best hands and guns money can buy for very little outlay.
How to make FPSC more realistic is simple - work, hard work and more hard work. As it is all down to you as to how good your game FPSC is. There is no one button does all answer here.
