Newcomers DBPro Corner / Print command

Whenever I use a print command, e.g.

print "hello world"

When executed the printed part will only flicker momentarily on the screen and not stay visible

Thanks if you can help, as this is proving frustrating

Hi, you need to keep your program running using a loop or wait key or it will just open and close as you said.

I'm afraid the same thing still happens

The text appears on the screen momentarily before disapearing

Make sure you don't press a key with wait key at the end of the code otherwise the window will close after all commands have been completed.

Try checking for a specific key like the spacebar.
