I should show off...but nah. Gotta break the cycle somewhere.

I like it. The face is pretty sweet. Howeve I'm getting this terrible procedural vibe. Whats the light rig looking like?

Cheers

Ah, come on Brent. Let's see your best.

BTW, model looks nice windtech. Needs some work on the texturing.(Mainly the elbow bands, and the waist band.) Head looks great!

Can't wait to see it finished.

Hmmmm, didn't think so, yet again, I know nothing about lightwave, and nothing about how windtech does his modeling.

Yea, thats the old suit that i made a while ago
I've been working on one based on Jim Raynor's concept art for starcraft
Additional weapon holsters, shotgun sling on the back, battle burns and marks, insignia's so forth. And yes... it is procedural he!l on the marine suit, havent gotten around to texturing it properly yet.

Brent:
Please dont kill me
It wasn't even a real render; 1 distant light, some anti-aliasing, and a bit of stereoscopics. No HDRI sorry Get back on AIM some time this year bro? ;p

Anywho...2 hours of work...pleanty high poly, a little bit of volumetrics for effect and eye candy... And yes...I'm intent on finishing it to the best of my ability eventually ;p

Yeah, Brents stuff is pretty damn impressive, it would kill this thread.

Nice model, a real nice texture for the suit would really make it shine.
