my x file does not work in makeEntitesfromxfiles folder. could someone please help me. PS it is a wepon fully animated. I attached the file. (this is my frist model.

A weapon is not so much an entity like a crate etc. It is a little more than that, where the entity part is just the non-animated pickup, the actual animated weapon etc would require more than a "do it for me" type entity maker (in my opinion at least)

Erm... That model is not animated, and to do this correctly it must be. Also, rotate it 90 degress on the Y axis before you animate it, and reduce the size by 30% maybe.

Also you can look in your docs file, select ocfpsguide.pdf and go to page 166 and follow that tutorial to start.
