I would like to know some of these things before i get started (I have the X10 Demo)

1. How do I make friendly AIs
2.How do i properly link segments together?

1. Right click on the character and change the Main script. Under scriptbank\people you'll see all different scripts. Choose passive.fpi and they'll not attack you. If you want them to do more you'll have to learn a little about scripting.

2. I'm not sure what you mean by "link". You put them on the map and that is where they appear. Can you be more specific?

1. With 1.17/18 Beta right click the character to open their properties, under AI scripts change the appear script to appear-ally-team1.fpi and the main to main-weapon.fpi.

These scripts will be under Dark AI.

2. I don't know what you mean, you can put 2 segments together without a problem.
