Hello guys,

Im looking for the best program that can import and export BSP files, particulaly having the capablility of opening Half-life maps and editing them, AND that are usable in Dark BasicPro.

Also, what do you guys prefer to use for maps, .X or BSP?

For Half-Life maps,I use Valve's Hammer(aka worldcraft),the half-life map editor that shipped with it.

read "Ultimate BSP Thread" for setup instructions, and debugging problems with DBP

There are a LOT of problems with BSP and DBP.. and that is an understatement.. I would either wait until they fix all this crap or make you code with a sharp blade next to you at all times so that you can end the agony with one swift slice

BSP is pre-compiled,making it much faster when done efficiently.
