this is going to sound stupid but here i go ...

i live in the uk and i want to be able to go to university and learn modeling and animation , im currentley a couple of years away but i would still like to know this

whats the course called for doing this ( Model designing and animation)

just started with this

From what I know about this subject - the actual course title is different for every institution, as well as the course content, method, tools used, e.t.c.

There really is no set template yet - its not an established subject as you may find with Languages, Mathematics, Science or other such courses that have been around for a very long time. When I was University age there were NO courses for subjects like this.. not to mention the Internet was in its infancy .

I would suggest you identify the university you are hoping to enroll with and see what subjects they offer in the area you would like to develop. Once you have a basic idea, give them a ring to discuss it with one of their staff/tutors.... that way you get the most accurate information from the best person to receive it from...
