Why would an incomplete texture mean it's pirated? Try redownloading it, looks like the download cut out while downloading the texture.

I noticed none of the testing display at the bottom so if this is a compiled game then in some cases ( most often in the hands though) you need to copy the textures from the Files/gamecore/guns/ect., ect. to the compiled built projects Files/gamecore/guns/ect., ect.
If this is not the case then follow the advice above my post.
