It's baaack!

After a complete redo of my laptop's hard drive I loaded up DBPRO so that I can use when I am away from my desk top.

Every thing worked until I tried to compile. I was presented with the 'Missing d3x9_31.DLL' message. I took care of that problem with an install of DirecX 9.0c.

Next, I was stopped at compile with 'Missing MSVCP71.DLL'. I've seen this before (not with DBPRO) and I think I solved it by finding the .DLL and copying it where it could be accessed by the program.

This did not work with d3x9_31.DLL and I can't find a copy of MSVCP71.DLL.

What do I do now?

Take a quick look in my utilities thread (link in my sig) and look for a link to the C++ runtime at the bottom of my first post. There are instructions there on where to place the files from the zip you download too.

@ IanM

That did the trick, thank you very much!

Maybe you solved I had before and I just forgot...

Anyway, thank you very much for the help.
