I got Macromedia Director 9 , installed and run. Then , if the first thing i do is go to the window menu and click Shockwave 3D, it does an out of memory error. Ask all your friends and anyone who knows as this is of utmost importance-or am I doing something wrong? Does this happen in your cases too?

Director 9? Dont you mean Director MX?

No its not supposed to do that. Do you have a low memory machine? I use Director MX everyday, FYI.

Thats the same amount as my dev machine, but I have another one with 512 that it works fine with. I would recommend reinstalling the application, or looking at your 3d card drivers.

Take this to macromedia.com please. Thread locked.
