can i export an entity into a modeling program, retextrure it, and keep its animations, and export it back to fps creator wiht its new texture?

No need to export the entity, just save a copy of the texture image, open the copy in a image editing software (photoshop, gimp, etc) edit the way you want, save and when you place the entity right-click on it and change the entities texture to the new one.

That isn' really nescesary I think, If you don't want to pay money.

I try to changethe texture option but when i test teh game it still shows the old texture....

delete the bin and dbo files, then restart fps creator, make sure your retexture is in the same directory and has the same name as your old one
