I'm starting a new post because of the lack of help received from my last one. The single 2 year old text document givin for installing gdk didn't satisfy my installation needs. Can a moderator or anyone who know's please give me some step by step instuctions?

[edit] nevermind I guess.. but anything now with an argument returns an error saying it doesnt have X number of arguments.

One thing that should be noted is that c++ is case sensitive. The commands that your getting errors on should be dbPositionCamera() and dbPointCamera(). That may be causing the problems, try fixing that and see what happens.

Also if your using Visual Studio 2010 then that may be causing the problems as well. So far I havn't heard of too many people getting VS2010 to work properly with GDK. It might be a good idea to just get 2008 and use that as it will cause less headaches getting started.

You may need to get the patch or you got the wrong patch for GDK.

Thanks you Pilz X Schizo, WOW.

[edit] Im just gonna ask this on this post.. I can't seem to get sparky's collision to work. I put the header and library files in with the GDK. Is that the correct way of going about it?
