Like zis...

I recently bought NECRONOMICON. (Its 60$ 500 bookpages Lovecraftian stories, Great deal)
And, becouse of system crash I had to start all over from 0.
Of making a good(Haha, in your dreams) horror comedy game.
But I have a question. When my player enters the trigger zone.
activates, and camera suddenly zoomes to a entity wich is in this case something weird and crappy.
But while reading SHADOW OVER INNSMOUTH. Something came to my mind.
Is it possible that wen player steps into a trigger zone.
Enemy passes in front of him, and disappear. And after 3 seconds the camera is blurry and player starts breathing like women giving birth.
Every help is...helpful

Thank you.
Peace!

First, you spent that $60 really good

i'm a lovecraft fan too

And that is totlly possible, set the main ai of the enemy to follownorotate, and make a simple waypoint, then set the spawn life of the enemy to 3, do it in a T corridor

If you need more information, check the official comunity guide, there is the full tutorial

I'm not sure that's such a good idea, unless you want to start breaking your users ear drums

Isnt that a point of horror games. You finish the game completely deaf, and confused thinking about the sick jerk who made the game.

Well I did that but my player vanishes at the moment the game starts. ( so I`v got some tutorials, and guides to read)

You will want to have your character spawn when the player approaches. You can do this via a triggerzone and an activation value. Have your character spawn settings set to "Spawn at Start? No"

Hope that helps.
