Hey guys, im just curious, is there a way to make it so the fadeout when you enter a win zone happens more quickly or is it hard coded into the engine itself?

It is hardcoded into the engine itself. However, with PB (not sure if these commands have made their way into the official versions or not) there are HUD commands for altering transparency (alpha). You should be able to get away with creating a solid black HUD the same size as the screen, and having it fade in (thus fading out the screen) faster than the normal fade out.
