Here's what I want: I want to be able to use a switch to call a lift from the bottom, up to the top, like a real elevator when the elevator thing is at the bottom and you're at the top.

If you want that it moves everytime, you can use the WayPoints and put a waypoint follower script on it, but, if you want the player be on the lift to it moves, just put the lift top (platform) or lift base (platform) segments.

I think this way of programming can help.

We need a program for a switch which call the lift to a level,I mean when you are in the second floor you need a script to call the elevator to the second floor and for any other floor you need another script.

Have our guns was a mistake!!!

I'm not at home right now so i would not be able to test this yet but what if you made a script that associated the player with the lift so that when the player is on the first floor, the lift was on the first floor and so on.

>> Please let me know if you think that that is logical so that I can get started on creating the script. Thanks.

one thing that you might want to consider adding is making it where the elevator doors have a random (or seemingly random) open delay on them. Something like you're at the elevator and you've pressed the bottom to call the lift and there's a horde of zombies coming from down the hall. If that happened in real live you wouldn't know the doors were going to open the second you pressed the button, so it would add alot to the suspense of a game having something like that.
