Newcomers DBPro Corner / How to set background colors

Can Somebody PLEASE tell me how to set background colors in DBPRO?? I have looked at all the commands, and i cant find one that i think would do that job

color backdrop 32-bit colour may be what you're looking for?
Only works in 3D environment though, I think (which would be activated whenever working with more than text and simple draw graphics (box, circle, etc.) anyway ).

It works for sprites too.

If you are just using the 2D stuff (lines, boxes, text etc) then use the CLS command with an extra parameter.

Or you can go the long route by changing the INK color and make a box the same size as the screen. I don't actually recommend the long route but you should know all the options.



The box command also allows color changes in each corner of the box to make gradient boxes.
