FPSC Classic Scripts / How do i access the Fileblock?

I have created my own arena game, but when played on a CD it refuses to work due to an error. Everyone tells me to access the fileblock ad change the filetypes to .zip but I have no clue as to how I access it.
Please help me!

FPSC games won't run from a CD. I wish someone would just write this at the top of every page.
