Helpful tips if you want people to take you seriously:
1) Introduction
Hi should probably be Hello at the very least. A letter generally with start with a salutation followed by a comma or colon.

3)Spell Check: do it. Please. Use firefox, it has built in spell check. It would have told you that "experiance" is spelled "experi

Should probably read:

Note the use of CAPITALIZATION, PUNCTUATION, CORRECT SPELLING, etc.
I apologize if English isn't your native language. If this is the case then it probably isn't a great idea to be recruiting a team in English. It would probably have been better to go find others who speak your own language.
