Im pretty new to dark basic pro and just had a few questions about how the animation stuff works in it. I made a 3ds max model and animated it with a few different animations. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to export the animations into Dbp and how to make them play on the press of a key. I have exported the model and animations as .X files but it still isnt working. Any help would be great, thanks.

@Roflcopter,
The best place to ask about settings for saving for use in DBPro is the 3D Chat forum.

Are they low poly models (e.g 2,000 polys or less)? If you've just imported a model with thousands of polys it will have killed DBP.

@ bergice

You'll need to add a "sync" to that, or you'll see black nothingness:

Not really. If you don't turn sync on, DBPro does the syncing for you. Did you even try bergice's code? It plays my goblin's animation just fine. Of course, it plays it really FAST, but that's another issue.

Thanks for all the help guys, seems to work now. And yes the character is about 400 tris so that shouldn't be a problem.
