I was wondering if it is possible to convert an avi video frame by frame into a decal. My idea would be to have split up the video into its individual frames and convert that into the image used in them.

If anyone can help me I have the video attached.

EDIT: If it can't be done with an avi, what about a gif?

Paintshop Pro can do this with Animation shop. You can load an avi and save out each frame. You can also edit the frames using PsP, set an alpha channel, change colors, contrast, etc.

Your signature has been erased by a mod please reduce it to 600 x 120.
