Hi, can someone refer me to the descriptions of segment blueprint and visibility properties. Like: "visoverlay=?","mode=?", "kindof=?","groundmode=?","symbol=?"...etc

You can watch the segment editor video tutorials to see how segments need to be setup for CSG and such.

I think the segment properties are explained in the FPS manual which can be found in the docs folder in the installation directory.

I think the problem here is that there is so much involved in answering a question like this. However, Nomad Soul has pointed you in the right direction. Download the segment editor, watch the video tutorials and open the fps files in notepad. In addition download firma and other segment editors. Study the files to see how they set up these values. Also check out different stock segments floors, walls, girders, etc…
