Hi all,

We're looking for willing contributors for an up coming release. We're interesting primarily in 2D Sprites (objects/characters), Animations, Backdrop pictures and Tile Sets. However they MUST be your own work. The art will be distributed 'royal free' with the package in the form of examples. All "USED" contributions will receive a free copy of the software upon release.

Please Note: We're NOT looking for complete game artwork, or asking for new works to be created! - Just if you have some left over art form an old unfinished project perhaps going to waste. We'd most likely appreciate it.

I'm gonna dig up some isometric sprites to encourage you to support iso games as much as possible .

Should have something for you this weekend.

Hehe, that gets my vote.

Wouldn't it be easier to design stuff is people knew the kind of game you were making ? Sprite characters ala Medieval: Total War; a 2d sidescroller game; 2d graphics ala Diablo? There are a lot of options and they all need different types of sprites .

Nah, not writing game, Nor do I want anybody to waste their time & effort creating new art. So people, Please only submit stuff that you've previously made.

The style doesn't worry me. The art will be both used in tech demos, as well as for users (of this new tool) mess around with it. If there's a few submissions (I doubt it), well we'll pick the the ones that we like the best.

I've got a set of backround pieces for a 2D sidescroller. Futuristic buldings, and a couple of ships. Some rocks, and a mountain scene.
